All our products are handmade for you in our London facility. In order to ensure you receive a high quality product every time, please allow us 1-3 days to customised your own rugs, depending on the size.
We recommend keeping your custom rug clean and vacuumed frequently to ensure dirt doesn't become deep rooted. If this does occur, try using a damp cloth or duster to collect the dirt before attempting to vacuum.
As with most custom made rugs or carpets, a regular vacuum is ideal. Do not put in the washing machine. If necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth and keep your rug in prime condition for years to come. Do not use near fireplaces or burning coals/wood. Bathmats and door mats can be machine washed.
