Excellent Service

I bought a rug that was printed from a photograph to match my tiled floor. The design team helped me to replicate the photograph to fit the rug so that it matched the tiling. I was very impressed with both the help and the fabulous product received. Everyone who sees it comments on it and couldn’t believe it had been possible to do! It looks amazing!!

Fine detail was impressive

Before placing my order, I had been concerned whether fine detail would reproduce on a smaller sized rug or if detail would get 'lost' in the pile, or have that pixelated jacquard look – but in the end the finished product turned out amazing, with a high degree of detail and vibrant colours. I opted for the 'shimmer velvet' finish and it exceeded all expectations! Also, I would say the online visual errs on the conservative side – my finished rug contained a bit more around the edges than the mock-up displays.

If you don't have the face to keep fishing the dust out from around the base of the coffee table legs, we have a solution.

That's right, a face rug under that coffee table will stop all the little bits wrapping themselves around the legs. I mean, yeah, you're gonna have to vacuum the rug, but that can be done when you're vacuuming the rest of the room right? The anti-slip reverse of the rug will stop it slip-sliding around, keeping it, and everything that is on it, in one place. Of course not just for coffee tables, you can stick a rug face print on a rug for anywhere in the house.

Pooh-eeeey that smells

When you first get your face rug, it can have an odour which emits from the latex sponge base at the back of the rug. This is a direct result of the printing and handmade manufacturing process. This is totally normal, and it will air out after a few days. Trust us, it's worth a weird smell for a couple of days to not have a face rug that won't stay put and keeps slip sliding everywhere. We print, cut, stitch and finish everything to order, here in London.
