Face Tea Towel

Heard the phrase rub it in your face? Well now you can rub it with your face!

A face tea towel is available with a standard edging, or with a wavy edging that we in the biz refer to as a ric-rac edge. The edging is available in four different colours, and your (au naturelle) cotton-linen face tea towel is a whopping 70 cm by 50 cm, perfect for the "you wash - I'll dry" moments. Our cutting-edge reactive printing methods infuse the fabric with ink and create long-lasting rich printing.

Down with the dishes

Your dishcloth with faces on it doesn't just have to be used to dry the dishes. Other uses for your face tea towel include dusting, using as a placemat, covering food, for taking on picnics with you, as a decoration within a shelving unit (especially if it's prone to getting dusty) you can even use them to cover warm bread.

Here's how it's done

Once you've perfected your masterpiece digitally, we perfect it physically. Talented print technicians print your design onto the tea towel fabric using reactive printing. This infuses the fabric with ink creating bright colours and longer-lasting definition. It's quite an evolved method if we do say so ourselves.

After that's done, our seamstresses do any trimming necessary. Then they hem your tea towel, and if you've opted to add the cute little wavy edges, they add that on as well. At this stage, everything is finished and your towel heads through quality control to make sure it looks dashing before we send it out to you.

Please note that occasional small white dots may occur. This is completely normal and cannot be avoided.
