Your custom-made velour kimono will have a rich texture. It is a shiny fabric with a shimmery white base. Colours within your print stand out and are bold. Due to the pile of the fabric, these colours will appear to glisten when they catch the light. The face of the plush kimono has a super soft, velvety feel to it.
The lining and binding are made from silk sensation which you can opt to have in either black or white. The colour you choose will apply to both so make sure that you select the one which best compliments your design. Silk sensation is an incredibly soft silky material, which feels great against the skin.
When you make your own kimono jacket, you can add multiple images and make a collage. We love how using multiple images with similar colour schemes in the scatter montage design looks on the loose-fitting design of this kimono jacket. We also think that using holiday pictures of a pleasant scene, especially one with a lit of trees and greenery, is incredibly well suited to the deep pile of this fabric.
Despite its luxurious pile and rich texture, crushed velour is quite a lightweight fabric.
