Lightweight with satin weave and organzine warp, this sheer and soft fabric glides sensually over your skin. Butterfly Smooth Crepe is another lightweight fabric, with a subtle crepe sheen. It has been expertly selected for the floaty, flared design of this mini or long slip dress and is made from 100% poly. Lustrous Seduction Poly Satin is a high shine, versatile fabric with light reflective properties. It wraps around the body like a second skin and is the perfect choice for evening or cocktail wear, as well as daytime occasions, as it shimmers delightfully under the sun's natural light. Choose from a full-length slip dress or a sensual mini dress which sits at mid-thigh level.

Slips were originally designed as undergarments serving many purposes; to help the dress or skirt hang properly, to protect from chafing, for warmth or even for modesty when wearing something sheer. Throughout the 90s, and beyond, as part of the underwear-as-outerwear trend (which included corsets and bikini tops worn alone with shorts) slip dresses became increasingly popular.
