A Beautiful Surprise

My mother started painting a couple of years ago so decided to surprise her by putting one of her designs on a little cup and saucer. The design process and 3D preview service was amazingly easy and very clever. The service from design to delivery was seamless and fast and the product itself is fabulous, of a very high quality and the design has transferred onto the cup and saucer extremely well creating a beautiful keep sake to cherish that I’m sure will be loved and passed down to generations.

Superb customer service

The quality of the ceramic is great, the print quality not so good. I'm a graphic designer and thus my print expectations were perhaps unrealistic, the artwork I submitted tested them. They do clearly state not to try and accurately register graphics to the outer diameter of the saucer and leave 10% error margin, which I attempted, and the registration is very slightly out, as they warned it may be. They did follow up my submission with excellent customer service and suggestions, and the finished product arrived very promptly and is of excellent quality. Colour matching isn't great, but image resolution is good. So mixed opinions, and I would certainly use them again, the errors if any were mine. Thank you for such good service.

The way you design your personalised espresso cup is completely up to you. But with both a saucer and a cup to design, there's plenty of space for you to get creative. While we aim to be perfect, printing your design has a placement area of a few mm, meaning it may not be perfectly centred every time. We recommend you use one large image to neutralise any slight placement issues.
