Care instructions
Always test an offcut or sample prior to working the leather with tools, adhesives or heat. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. Repeated turning or working may affect the digital print, always test your processes on a sample first. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.

The personalised leather sunglasses case is made by folding over a single piece of leather which creates a sleek pouch with only two edges of stitching. The visible leather edges are also hand painted in a colour of your choice.
Your personalised leather glasses case is made in house by our expert team of leather workers. First, your photos and designs are printed onto a smooth, or textured Nappa leather, depending on your preference.
A piece of soft, faux suede in a tan colour is added to the back of the leather to create the interior of the glasses pouch. The leather is then folded in half with a soft fold to avoid creases, and stitched into place. This creates a smooth loop which makes the pouch to hold your glasses.
The personalised leather sunglasses case is then stitched using a 40 gauge thread in the colour of your choice: Charcoal, cream, brown, red or blue.
Once stitched, the edges of the leather are delicately hand-painted in the same colour as your stitching. This is done using multiple layers of edge paint for a bold and glossy finish. Making sure your glasses case is produced to the highest standard.
When choosing a design or photo for your glasses case, it's important to remember that the case is made from one leather piece, so your photo will wrap around the case. If the focus of your image is central, this will appear on the fold. You can avoid this by adding a photograph with two people side by side so that one person appears on each side of the case. Alternatively, use an external programme to place two photos next to each other in a collage as that way, the fold of the glasses case is where the photos meet, rather than losing any detail.
You can use 'product view' in the design interface to see how your image sits on your case at any time.
Once you have decided on your designs, you can experiment with the leather texture. The product view will give you a good idea of how your photo will be printed on either smooth or textured leather.
Your personalised leather sunglasses case is finished using a coloured stitching and edge paint. You can choose from charcoal, cream, brown, red or blue. You may go for a bold colour to give your case a pop of colour, or opt for a neutral to blend into your design and give your photo gifts case a more natural finish.
The last thing you can personalise is the inside label. If you want to make your personalised leather glasses case even more special, why not design your own label and add a sweet message or motivational quote to keep you going during the day.
