Absolutely amazing product and customer service. Thick quality photo blanket with good quality images printed. Needed the blanket quick to take to my mum in hospital and contacted customer service Tuesday night around 1:30am and they speeded up the production and upgraded my delivery, so I received the blanket by lunchtime on the Wednesday in time for me to take it with me for my flight abroad Thursday morning. I am so grateful for this effort from Bags of Love as I managed to give the blanket to my mum before she passed away 2 weeks ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..
