This was the first time I have used 'Bags of Love' and I can honestly say the service was fantastic, I couldn't fault it and would give them 12 out of 10 if I could. I was even able to speak with someone online about my order over the weekend (which goes way above anything I've experienced with any other company in this industry).
I was chatting online to another company at the same time asking advice on how artwork needed to be prepared to get the best results prior to deciding which company to use, the other company kept me hanging on for ages before answering my questions, 'Bags of Love' responded immediately, answering all my questions, the other company didn't seem to actually understand my questions, so it was an easy decision to go with these guys (sorry PhotoBox, you need to do better)!
What made the service brilliant was that the quality was fantastic and my order arrived really quickly, within 2 days, unlike a lot of other companies where you are left disappointed and feeling let down by the delivery element of the process.
I would not hesitate to use these guys again and recommend them to others, they actually understand what true customer service is and they care about what they do...

I recently had to urgently arrange a gift for a friends 40th. After searching around for an idea I came across this web site. It was easy to design on line and I ordered it on the Wednesday and it was received by 1:00 pm on the Friday ready for her birthday on the Saturday. I was really impressed with this company and would definitely use them again and I would recommend them too.
Love this canvas. I've done a few over the years and this is the only one that i've found that does this scatter effect. Brilliant quality too.
In terms of product customization this was hands down the most user-friendly website I came across. I love the fact that when you upload an image of your own it lets you know whether or not the image is of a good quality in terms of size and resolution. Almost all the images I initially uploaded were flagged as low in quality which prevented me from enlarging the images to fit my design. To fix this I simply downloaded a free software online which allowed me to blow-up my images without losing quality. In the end I designed and purchased 3 separate products on the same day. All 3 orders arrived together within a week. I was amazed not only with the quality of all three products but also at the fact that they all looked better in person than they did online! Bags OfLove has definitely become my number one shop for custom products! Bravo. ...Oh! And they even threw in a free gift voucher too! :) Thanks!

Great service and good quality canvas! Wasn't sure if phone camera quality photos would work very well but came out better than expected! Excellent turn a round time from ordering to delivery as well.
