Ordered a bone China mug and can't fault anything. The mug itself is great quality. The photos (did a photo collage) are all crystal clear with a lovely gloss. Everything lines up exactly how it did in the design and preview phase and although I chose tiny text, that too is perfectly legible and clear. The mug was delivered promptly and arrived in one piece. Would highly recommend bags of love for this service.
