Nice to have a bone china mug instead of a standard one. It was easy to upload the pictures and add text. Quick delivery, it arrived the morning after I ordered it. I am very impressed, it looks lovely. Maybe it would be nice to offer the option of adding a gift box.

I specifically needed a bone china mug, so the product is perfect. The picture quality is good. I would have liked it to come in a box, so that I can wrap it nicely, as it is a present. The polystyrene packaging kept the mug safe in transit, but for the price I would have expected a box too.

Bags of Love are the only website we could find that offered a photo collage on a china mug. While a little fiddly to get the photos arranged as we liked, the effort was well worth it. The recipient loves it.
