The only issue I had was with the delivery, on ordering one date was stated and I paid for next day delivery but it didn’t come.
After googling the company I tried numerous times to do a web chat that was unsuccessful but finally got through and they organised it to be delivered on a Saturday.
Amazing product and service
I had a large china mug made for my mum's birthday and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality. It arrived quickly is safe packaging and the photos are perfect quality. It makes such a difference to have a good quality mug rather than a cheap ceramic one that doesn't make nice brew! I thought it was a little pricey with the delivery added on but i think it was worth it to have a pne off cherished gift. Thank you!
