Overall Delighted
I designed & ordered 4 tall bone china mugs and 3 cushions as presents. They arrived within a few days. I was very satisfied with the quality and also the execution of my designs. The only negative comment I would make is on one mug I felt the picture (which was black & white) did not stand out bold enough but that may have been my choice of picture was wrong. Otherwise I was delighted with the quality, the service and I very much enjoyed the experience of designing something unique. The recipients were also delighted with their presents!

Dishwasher friendly
So far no complaints from grandchildren who thought they were lovely and have had no complaints that they are not dishwasher friendly, as I have no proof of this hope it is true

I very much liked the mug. The quality of the photo was as expected. I bought it as a present and the person likes it and uses it often. All in all, the purchase and delivery was very smooth. I will use you again if I ever want another mug like the one I bought.

Wonderful
I took a photo of a painting i had bought of my wife's favourite scene. I used Bags of Love to put the image on a mug as a little gift for her at Christmas. I was really pleased with the result and my wife was absolutely delighted!!
