Really quick turnaround and looks like a good quality product (although we're yet to fix to products or wash test.)
We found the tag product design tool to need some clarification. It took a while to work out which side of the tag was the folded edge with only a small shadow giving you an idea where it was. This would be simply remedied with an arrow and text identifying the fold line.
Also we ended up with a feint blue background when we were actually after pure white. I think this happened when we were trying out different colour backgrounds but found it very difficult to move the colour choice back to the pure white corner. Again, an option to select pure white would be useful. We'll live with the pale blue but it wasn't what we were after.

I've ordered twice from bagsoflove.co.uk and both times it's been really easy to create and order the perfect label. I used my own graphics and the process couldn't have been easier. I did have a couple of questions - and when I phoned, they were so very helpful. The ribbon labels arrived really quickly and look amazing.
