I had patient and clear advice when I phoned about my first fabric printing order. The online design and ordering process is clear and logical, with a very quick and expert online chat line to confirm that my below standard uploaded images were satisfactory for reproduction purposes. The order for samples was with me in two days, an outstandingly impressive turnaround. The reproduction was considerably better than that of another supplier's samples. The colours of the complicated tartan are more vibrant and the stripes are very accurate. The sample results have given me complete confidence that the results will be reproduced to the same very high standard whichever fabrics are chosen from the extraordinary choice offered in the Swatch Pack. I came across Bags of Love/Contrado by chance and am very relieved that I did so. I have unreserved faith in the company's operation and its finished product.
