Bloody great company
When first ordered I received an email straight away; in this said email, of which was very friendly, they explained that they had run out of the Matt I had ordered. But straight away gave me options. I chose to upgrade to a bigger one and at a discounted price. The Matt arrived on time and in immaculate condition. I could be more happy with the service and quality of the product. Very clear communication though out.

crisp reproduction, nice
this was an order for a xl rubber backed welcome mat but actually meant here for decorative purposes. it works very well as such but would be too delicate as a threshold rug. very crisp image and lies perfectly flat from day one. great non slip backing. rug layer is probably only 2mm max if I'm generous so better as a statement piece. maybe £20 too expensive for what it is but I like it.

Great quality but the dog chewed the corner off after 2 minutes!
Good standard as usual, great customer communications and good value for money. However, not your fault but after about 2 minutes the dog bit the corner and it came off, he ate it! He’s only a puppy so we couldn’t get to him fast enough. Thanks anyway.
