My grandmother passed away over Christmas and I had a blanket made up with pictures and memories of my grandmother. The blanket was then draped over my grandmothers casket during the funeral. Everyone loved the idea and they thought the blanket was very special. I ordered this blanket with not a lot of time to spare ,but bags of love customer service emailed me every step of the way to notify me of the blankets progress. I received it within 3 days. This is the second blanket I have ordered and each time the customer service has been impeccable and the blankets are beautiful. Having already ordered a photo blanket a few years ago, I already knew that I loved the quality of this product. I therefore used Bags of Love again for my sisters 2014 Christmas present. The blanket is full of pics of her five month old son and I was absolutely thrilled with it, as was my sister when she opened her gift. Picture clarity is sharp, colours bright, and the whole blanket is just lovely and will keep for years
