The service i received was 100% i choose next day delivery, i ordered on the monday blanket was posted out to me that day as i received on the tuesday, service doesn't come better than that. My now four year old Australian granddaughter visited us. For her birthday, as part of a present, I wanted to give her a momento of her time with us. I purchased a fleece with a monogram of photo's printed on it as a reminder of the happy time she shared with her large family in England. I'm delighted with the product. Customer service helped me along a little, but most people probably won't require it. The fleece is a little bit 'different ' from run of the mill momento's and I know she enjoys snuggling up in one. A big advantage is it is a fairly light weight item to post to Australia. Full of memories for a little girl, it's perfect.
