Amazing product and customer service Absolutely amazing product and customer service. Thick quality photo blanket with good quality images printed. Needed the blanket quick to take to my mum in hospital and contacted customer service Tuesday night around 1:30am and they speeded up the production and upgraded my delivery, so I received the blanket by lunchtime on the Wednesday in time for me to take it with me for my flight abroad Thursday morning. I am so grateful for this effort from Bags of Love as I managed to give the blanket to my mum before she passed away 2 weeks ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

I THOUGHT THAT THE QUALITY OF THE BLANKET WAS FANTASTIC ESPECIALLY WITH SOME VERY OLD PHOTO'S OF MY MUMS, WHO THE MEMORY BLANKET IS FOR THIS CHRISTMAS. I WAS EVEN MORE AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY IT WAS DELIVERED. I THINK WE ORDERED IT ON MONDAY AND ARRIVED WEDNESDAY. Very quick service, the support communication was fantastic, you answered all my questions. And the finished product is great, the quality of the fabric is lovely and the image isn't pixelated at all.
