It was sent direct to my daughter in London so I haven't seen it yet... she loves it! Very prompt service and was kept in touch with progress. Only small glitch was my email requesting a change wasn't communicated to the production team. I would recommend the company to friends.
Really high quality product
I have now used Bags of Love twice, and have had a total of 5 personalised photo cushions made. All 5 have been superb - the quality of the cushions is great, and the photos are beautifully reproduced. These have all been gifts and a great success. I was also amazed at how quickly the cushions arrived - it was only a matter of a few days before they arrived. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
