I would like to thank Gwennael for the professional and speedy manner in which she dealt with a problem with my order. I ordered a cushion but when it arrived noticed that I had made a typo. I was very upset about this and emailed Bags of Love straightaway to ask what could be done about it. I got a very quick reply from Gwennael, offering to reprint the cushion cover with a generous discount. I accepted this offer and received the replacement cover within a week. The whole process was very quick, and expertly managed. As it was my error, there was on obligation on the business's part to help me, but they did and I am very grateful for this. I would recommend this website and will definitely be adding it to favourites for future use! (please feel free to add this review to your website).

An excellent service arrived next day after ordering online. This is the second time that I have used this site, wanted something very different for a friends 60th Birthday so ordered a cushion with her dog's picture on it. Good but not as good as my own that I ordered a couple of years ago but that's due to the photo that I used so my fault, cant fault this company at all. Would recommend and will use again in fact this is the 3rd cushion that I have purchased. Just hoping that my friend likes her gift.
