I was slightly concerned how my tea towel would turn out as I didn't have a great quality picture. I emailed the customer service team who got back to me quickly and were transparent about how the quality may turn out which helped me make an informed decision about whether to progress with my purchase. I'm very glad I did as it arrived in a timely fashion and turned out far better than I could have expected.

Beautifully done
I created personalised tea-towels for a work team event. I chose these as they are 50% linen. They were fun to design, and were much admired and appreciated. It was easy to use the website, although they didn't stay in my basket for very long so I needed to create them twice. To be fair, there was a warning email, but I didn't read it through to the end until it was too late. Apart from that, it was very easy and I was very happy with the results!
