My experience with Bags Of Love was a very good one. I ordered a custom made tea towel for my friends birthday (we have a running joke about the rubbish tea towel he is currently using), and an hour after ordering I wanted to cancel it as I thought maybe he wouldnt want it. I then managed to talk to someone on the online chat who told me that my order was already in process but they could refund me 80% and give a 20% voucher for the website if I use it again. After conversing with my friend who said he would want it, I decided to carry on with the order. The woman I spoke to online was very helpful and patient with me. The product itself was a lot bigger and better than I imagined it would be. The quality is very good, and although my friend has decided to display it in his University bedroom than rather actually use it, it still looks great and the print of the photos is of a very high quality. I would recommend this site and I would use them again.
