We ordered a photo blanket for my boyfriend's mother, who is terminally ill. Despite ordering during the COVID-19 lockdown, Bags of Love was able to fulfil the order and deliver it quickly and efficiently (we ordered it on a Monday evening and received it on the Wednesday afternoon). This meant that we had her gift ready in time for my partner's mother's birthday. She loves it and the staff in the hospice love it too! At a time when it was so difficult to think of a truly meaningful gift to give, this idea really hit the spot! I have recommended Bags of Love to friends and am grateful to have found this tip on a cancer support blog. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Have my dying grandfather comfort
I cannot express how beautiful our blanket came out and it’s purpose, to get it to my mums house so fast when time was of the essence, I can’t explain how much comfort it gave. My grandfather was discharged home last Monday with a palliative care plan with an incurable secondary brain tumour and died on Saturday only 5 days later. Although this illness did give him some dementia-type symptoms including memory loss and confusion, when I gave him this he recognised everyone and cried with joy. He had this wrapped around him from the moment he received it right up until he took his last breath. He even requested it go with him to the funeral parlour to ‘keep him warm’ once he’d passed and so that’s where it has gone. I cant thank you enough for getting this made so fast and out to us; he may never have seen it or had this comfort in his final moments had your service not been so prompt, at a time where we were unable to hug him and hold him like we would have if hadn’t been for social distancing and the risk of covid, this blanket was like a metaphorical hug off everyone that loves him. You’ll never know how grateful me and my family are for such a wonderful product and prompt service. On a more positive note, I can’t wait to order more products for various other family members. Thank you again from me and all my family.

I ordered a cushion and blanket for my sons birthday. The quality is gorgeous. The cushion is well made and soft to the touch. The blanket again is well made and so snuggly and warm. Very happy mummy and son.

Needed a blanket with family photos for 86 year old in lockdown at Care Home. Pleased with end result - she has it on her bed during the day so she can see photos(can’t always remember who is who, but knows it’s family)

I bought this product as a gift for my grandmother who has since passed away, she was in her final days and this gave her so much joy, she absolutely adored it and couldn't speak more highly.
