What a lovely Blanket
Thank you for a lovely blanket, the printed photo quality on the blanket is just so good, better than expected and delivery so quick, I did find the software that created the images on the blanket a challenge and did loose what I had created on the first attempt, to be fair that could have been my problem rather than yours, but I persevered and are glad I did so, this was a birthday gift for my mother who will be 90 years old , so a big thank you for helping us creating such a superb gift.

I ordered a memory blanket for my mother-in-law who has vascular dementia.
It arrived quickly and was of a much higher quality than I expected.
The photos and writing are crisp & clear and the blanket itself is really soft.
My MIL loved it, in fact one of the best reactions we’ve had from her for a while. The nursing home staff said it was the nicest memory blanket they’ve seen. Being able to add her name and the family names & their relationship to her, helped the staff interact with her too.

Satisfaction
I haven't seen the product, it was a gift to someone who had lost a son, but it was very well received. I found your interaction platform quite simple, but there were a couple of issues with it which I struggled with. I did correspond with your agents via live chat, mostly satisfactory but sometimes they didn't answer all my questions. I did ask a lot though and I'm probably expecting too much. The turnaround time on the product and delivery was excellent. Price satisfactory. Overall a pleasing experience.
