I purchased a personalised mug and keepsake blanket for Christmas presents. I spoke to Jules on the phone who was very helpful and although other companies had similar cheaper products I decided to go with Bags of Love. I was not disappointed. The products arrived within a few days and I was very pleased with the quality, so was the recipient for the fond memories. Good customer service goes a long way.
