I ordered a microfiber towel featuring the logo of the swimming club I work for. The process of design is very simple although the types of files that can be uploaded are a bit limited. The towel was printed and dispatched very promptly (less than 48 hours from placing the order until it was received) but I am disappointed by the colour. The towel should have been burgundy with a yellow logo. The yellow is fine but the background is brown. I am told by a friend who knows something about printing that this is because the colour reproduction from a JPG file is not always accurate and that other file formats can reproduce colours correctly. Unfortunately those formats are not an option on this site. If it was not for the colour issue I would be ordering several more towels as the rest of the service is excellent. ::::::::::::: BOL - we will be in touch, but for the benefit of other readers we do accept other files, eg tiff, but that is not always the answer and .jpg is common, popular and manageable with people. Absolutely Amazing! It was just what I need. The fabric is a little weird and feels more like a beach towel, then your average towel. I think it's just perfect though it's a job well done and I couldn't be more happy and if it says the picture has a low quality error, that was a lie because the quality turned out fine for me
I uploaded a photo of my daughter sitting on her young horse for the first time. I ordered a towel with the photo on for her birthday. We were delighted with the result, as the photo on the towel was so clear and such good quality. Friends have been asking where we got it from. Would definitely recommend.
