Oh my goodness!! My new "go to" supplier for gifts!! Bags of Love! This was my first experience with Bags of Love. In today's world how refreshing to have quality customer service from beginning to end. My queries regarding the product (a photo design, suede cushion) were answered promptly and with a "can do" attitude. The product arrived yesterday!! Can't recall last time I was so excited about a purchase. The gift was for a 21st birthday and needed to be special, unique and of good quality. Tick, tick, tick! I designed a collage type print for the cushion. Worried a little about quality of print on suede. Needn't have done as looks terrific. Quality of sewing also great; straight seams, good hemming, invisible zip. 21st birthday in a fortnight and just can't wait to see recipients face. I was taught you never give a gift you wouldn't like to receive yourself; I'd love this!!! Thank you Bags of Love, this cushion is going to be well loved for years and years, maybe a lifetime. Quality product
I was very impressed with the cushion; it was beautifully finished and the pictures were as crisp as printing on fabric allows. I went for the down filling and the cushion is lovely and plump. The recipient was very happy with it. Delivery was fast and I will definitely use Bags of Love again.
Something missing...
I was happy with the good quality of the cushion cover. However, they should make it clear that only the cover would be delivered, and that it would it not include the cushion.
