Very impressive with the cushions despite being shown as low quality. This was highlighted initially by email and I was given lots of options to change the order. After talking to Customer Services, just one of my four cushions was sent to ensure I was happy with the quality. The photos were taken from an iphone4s and despite not being razor sharp, they were not spoiled as they gave a lovely texture feeling to the cushion. My remaining cushions were then sent promptly once I was happy. Overall, superb customer service, speed of delivery is rapid, and the quality of the products are excellent. I will definitely be using Bags of Love again.

I ordered the cushion with the photos scattered over the front I thought the photos may have come out blurry as I just did it on my phone but when I recived it, the photos were fine and the cushion looks fab, i was pleased with the fast delivery to.I can't wait to give it to my nanna for Christmas she is going to love it I will definitely be ordering from here again thank you.
