I was so impressed with my range of fabrics I purchased from Bags Of Love! It was amazing to see my very own designs come to life on fabric. The delivery was super quick especially as I ordered on bank holiday Monday.
Seriously pleased with everything and will definitely be ordering more fabrics and possibly other products in the near future.

Excellent service. Ordered digitally printed fabric before the bank holiday not realising it would be closed, paid extra for special delivery and my order came straight away. Usually Bags of Love are great but with my crepe jersey order I wasn't pleased with the customer service. I ordered and waited for a week before ringing up to enquire, because as I said I have had no troubles with Bags of Love before. I was told on the phone that crepe jersey is out of stock and they were sorry they hadn't contacted me to tell me my fabric wasn't there. They apologised but offered no compensation. I also found out that students get 40% off and this was tucked away in the FAQ section - none of the other students at my university knew this either since it is not advertised. I've spent hundreds of pounds on Bags of Love for my final collection at university, and it's annoying to find out I could've saved almost half of that money.

Excellent quality fabric square. The design was a heart shaped montage of my own photos on one of Bags of Love own backgrounds with some text added. I am very pleased with the end product. Really prompt delivery, I received the fabric within 3 days. I will definitely use Bags of Love again.
