Really good quality material with a good clear print of photo I used, I did find it a little tricky to get my images on but then once I discovered how to do it it was fairly easy to use, overall I was really happy with the product and have already used this company again.

The service I have received in all of my orders from your company has been excellent. Great customer service with friendly helpful staff, quick delivery and reasonable cost. Today for example I enquired into an order that was stated as delivered yet I had not received anything. Your colleague who I spoke to was very helpful and offered if need be a free reorder of my product. Absolutely delighted. I used to have a printers close by to me where I have had pictures transferred onto canvas before, but it has now closed down, so it has taken me ages to find somewhere where I could have this done. My only criticism is that I find the canvas very stiff and therefore it makes it difficult to stitch. I was wondering, if the next time I could send my own tapestry canvas in?
Having made those points, it doesn't deflect from the fact that I am pleased and I think the website is brilliant, so will definitely be using again.
