Very positive experience - I was promptly informed there was a quality issue with the first production of the personalised item and that a second would be produced and if ok delivered along with the first. Shortly after they both arrived. I could just about see that the print of one wasn't quite to the standard of the other but still good. So very pleased with the service - high standards, and quick and professional.
Would happily recommend to others.
