I'm really happy with my order of two personalised biscuit tins. It was easy to upload a photo and to design the wording to fit. Having placed the order there was a shortage of biscuit tins and I was emailed to inform me of this and that, once the tins had arrived and been made, they would be sent out using a faster service at no extra cost to me.
