They first emailed me to let me know that the quality wouldn't necessarily be great and asked me if I wanted to continue, and after confirmation fulfilled and dispatched my order in super quick time. I absolutely love it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone, and will definitely use them again.

Really brilliant print quality, and easy to set up with lots of options. Very quick turnaround and it arrived well packaged (but not excessively).
My only slight disappointment was the hinge on the tin was a little flimsy. If there had been an option to pay for a higher quality tin I would have done.
However it’s a lovely gift and the recipient was thrilled with it
