Very pleased - found the whole process quite easy and staff did a quality check prior to printing , contacted me to point out a few issues , giving me the opportunity to correct them before printing , which was very good . Soft cover recipe book - came out really nicely . I'm going to do some more as presents . Service was great - product arrived quickly . I'm not the most tech savvy person but instructions easy to follow and they did a quality check before printing , so though I was a bit worried about my spacing etc , it came out great
