The tapestry arrived on time and looks fantastic to me. I was very impressed with the efforts made to get the order right with emails flying to and fro to confirm details. Thanks, Danny! Also, my request to change delivery options was dealt with speedily and effectively.
I am always happy to nitpick about websites, however. Just minor things. It would be helpful to have a clearer place to input details such as exact dimensions, border requirements, etc, especially as the photo download is separate and doesn't happen until the end (which I can understand but feels unintuitive).
While I was impressed to be able to add a fee for faster delivery, I did find that web page confusing. Some labels indicating where to select the amount and how to deal with the quantity box would be helpful for the easily bewildered.
Loved the big green buttons though!
