I was so happy with my purchase, the photo quality was amazing and the blanket itself was lovely and soft. From the very beginning the service was great! After deciding which product I wanted (medium size photo blanket) I called the office to see how quickly it could be delivered because I had left it very late and was unsure if I could receive it in time. My order was prioritised and in less than 24 hours it had arrived! Not only is the quality lovely, the print on the front was perfect! I found the website a little difficult as wouldn't log onto Facebook etc , but once I mastered that the service I reviewed from the team was fantastic .
It started with an email where they suggested I didn't do the order the way I requested as they didn't think the outcome would be to the best standard .
I appreciated their honesty and then suggested they do what they thought was best .
I also followed up my email with a telephone call .... Very friendly and helpful on the phone .
The blanket then arrived within days !
All be it a little expensive I would recommend this company to friends and family and I will be ordering future items

I am absolutely over the moon with photo blanket. Ordered this for my mums 60th and it brought her to tears. Seeing all her family in a collage that she can snuggle up to and treasure forever. Quality is superb. Lots of people asking where i got it so they can order!
