I ordered a memory blanket for my mother-in-law who has vascular dementia.
It arrived quickly and was of a much higher quality than I expected.
The photos and writing are crisp & clear and the blanket itself is really soft.
My MIL loved it, in fact one of the best reactions we’ve had from her for a while. The nursing home staff said it was the nicest memory blanket they’ve seen. Being able to add her name and the family names & their relationship to her, helped the staff interact with her too.
I HIGHLY recommend.

I haven't seen the product, it was a gift to someone who had lost a son, but it was very well received. I found your interaction platform quite simple, but there were a couple of issues with it which I struggled with. I did correspond with your agents via live chat, mostly satisfactory but sometimes they didn't answer all my questions. I did ask a lot though and I'm probably expecting too much. The turnaround time on the product and delivery was excellent. Price satisfactory. Overall a pleasing experience.

Fantastic product with speedy delivery
I was really pleased with the speed of delivery. Bags of Love did a great job to rush the blanket out for my partners birthday itself which was wonderful.
What I was disappointed with is the fact there were duplicate photos on the blanket which I had rung up to ask about. I rang twice and was told that if I added the same number of new photos as the number of duplicates that would sort this out. Sadly it didn’t and sadly the duplicates were of the least important photos.
It was impossible to remove the duplicates as well and the only way to really get the end result perfect is to go for the customise yourself option, which I didn’t have time to do. So do take that into consideration when using this service.
