When I was designing the blanket and adding my photos I was surprised at how easy it was to do, the ordering was good the only thing that worried me was a quality control sign that had come up afew times during the designing/ordering, I was making a blanket for my grandads 80th birthday with photos of him and our family, baring in mind some of the photos were from 1942 and onwards. I received an email about the quality and ways that I could improve them, instead of taking them out I decided to go head with the ordering and got my confrontation email. I emailed about my worries to a member of the team and The next day I got an email saying that they were personally checked and were good to go into processing. I was really surprised at the customer service I received and how friendly they were with the email. And that they went the extra mile to let me know that my blanket would be great quality! It arrived after 3 days and when I say it looks amazing it really does I was so happy with how it turned out and can’t wait to give it to my grandad. I’m very grateful for all the help that bags of love gave to me during my designing and ordering of this blanket.

Absolutely perfect!
I am so happy with our blanket! There are many reasons why. 1st, I was surprised at how many photos you could upload and use, I used approx 15 images. 2nd, the quality of the pictures are brilliantly clear. 3rd, the size is perfect! (I went for the large) 4th, the fabric used is very soft and snuggly!
I think this is possibly one of the best presents I have ever purchased for my dad! When opened it up on his birthday, he become very emotional when reading the message and seeing all of his grandchildren on it!
I strongly advise everyone to buy one!
And last but not least, I am not very good at technology but I just called the rep and she was able to assist me further and helped me to complete my order... it turned out that it was more simple than I was making it to be! :-)
