Ordered a fleecy blanket for my father in law who has dementia. Had a little trouble getting the images in place as the app was quite fiddly to work on my iPad and it crashed a few times. Got there in the end though. With regard to the updates of the progress and the delivery of the item, first class. Product looks great, feels great, just hoping the care home don’t ruin it by boil washing it as they do. Hoping it will give comfort to my lovely dad in law.
