Goods received promptly. Well packed. Very satisfied.

The personalised mugs (with my design) I bought are quite nice, and of a fairly fine bone china which is what I wanted. However, I was rather surprised to receive 2 mugs of the same design. I didn't obviously notice on the website that the item was for 2 individual mugs I don't think that was made clear - not that it was a problem, as it would have been an expensive 'single item'. At all stages of the order process, and even on delivery note, it said: "Quantity 1"

Very happy with my purchase. Quality and speed of delivery excellent. I would use again.

Excellent quality Speedy service

Laying out the design on the mug was not so easy. It caused the browser to hang a few times and it wasn't (in my opinion) that easy to see if the layout was correct when completed. However, 10/10 for speed of making and delivering the order. The product itself was excellent. I would certainly recommend it, and would buy again in the future.
