I am very pleased with the mug

Very good service and prompt delivery.

Okay. Disappointed because I ordered a large mug for "heavy tea drinkers" as it was advertised on website and didn't take much notice of the measurements (my fault) but when it arrived I thought the wrong one had been sent...there is no way you could call this mug large...no way...it is a standard size mug at best, such as shame as if it had been bigger then I think I would have been very happy. To be fair, the printing looks good, wish there had been more fonts to choose from and the option to mix fonts would be good (other personalisation websites offer this) so I have to say a good product although I feel a little misrepresented on the website due to description of size - so heavy tea drinkers take note! Also slightly dismayed at packaging used to send product, although it did arrive undamaged it was in a box inside a jiffy bag, never seen this before, usually products of this nature would be sent boxed to ensure safe delivery, just a small point, looked a little unprofessional, I wonder how many orders arrive broken, maybe it works and it is a moot point. So, I take full responsibility for not reading the measurements but please do not call this mug large, it is not, and PLEASE think about making a large one (I suggest 1pt capacity) and I'm sure they'd be very popular. I was happy with the product. It was a bit expensive but when it arrived you could tell it was a good quality cup, plus the printed artwork on the cup was better than expected. Bone china is a lot better than a cheaper mug option. My girlfriend loved it and I will be using this site again. Top quality

Superb!!!!! Initially I thought the mug was a little pricey. However, having looked at another couple of websites, this had by far the simplest photo editor, the china mug was as I hoped and the speed of delivery was faster than lightning (well, nearly!).
