Lovely product and great service. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to on this occasion as I really think you do a fantastic job. It's the second time I've purchased something from you and on both occasions I have been very pleased. The product quality is very good and the service is exceptional. For this specific product I particularly wanted a china mug so was very pleased to discover you offered this. I needed some help with the product to ensure I'd completed my design correctly which was easily accessible (not hidden away running you around in circles to find like some websites do!) and the staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered a china mug for Father's Day, arrived quickly and well packaged. The mug is lightweight and good quality and the image/photo on the cup is sharp, vibrant and good quality. Unsure if it's dishwasher proof so I'm going to check the website. The website is easy to use on iPad, unlike a lot I tried to use in the past. Overall very happy, will definitely use again. I can also recommend the phone cases!
