The design software was very easy to use and I felt confident that the end product would look just the way I wanted it to. This was a gift for friends and they received it within a couple of days of the order being placed (although the Royal Mail tracking service still shows the parcel as undelivered!) The website has given me other ideas and I would definitely use this service again.

Mug was great, loved that I was able to put my own message on it. However the postage and packing was very expensive.
Prompt delivery of order (arrived next day) and excellent customer service when I had a problem with quality of 1 item (a mug). I would say print quality for the mugs was not consistent. Hopefully they will work to improve this as the company were efficient and helpful.
