My order was delivered according to schedule and almost all of the fabric labels were printed with my logo bang in the middle as requested. So I am quite happy with that aspect of the job. The only disappointment is in the colour rendition. I loaded up a CMYK vibrant RED I formulated carefully to match my identity both on printed matters and online, so I wanted my fabric labels to match. I am a designer by trade so I know about colour specs. Unfortunately the red colour on the labels I got back is a lot darker than expected as if there was much more black in the mix.
I would recommend a colour sample proof to be sent before printing a number of items to ensure a proper colour match. As I had to deliver some products I decided to keep this batch of labels as is, but if I was to print another batch I would request a sample first.
Really quick service, easy to use online ordering system and a great product at the end of the process. This is my second order of garment labels and I'm just as impressed as I was before, they add another professional touch to my clothing business.
