Ordered for the second time on the website and spent some time on the phone and the Internet to a lovely lady (Itz). She helped me get the design right and I was on the phone for what felt like hours.
She and the team understood that I placed an order prior, and ordered the wrong size, so the manager kindly offered me a discount which was very generous so I proceeded to order.
I was very pleased with the end product...my labels look amazing. I can't wait to get them on my garments. The quality of the service was very tailored and specific which I liked. I will order again.
