Fantastic! Web site easy to use. Liaison with company and updates on delivery incredibly efficient. I bought a doggy doormat as a present for my mother. She was delighted. She actually ended up with two as one had a slight flaw so the company sent us both for the same price. The replacement iwas perfect. The only problem.... Mum tells me they are far to be good to be used!

I ordered a personalised doormat. It was really easy to design on screen and the product that arrived was fabulous. Just after I had ordered the doormat I was worried that although I had ordered next day delivery, I was unsure if the manufacturing time would hold up the delivery. Since I needed the doormat for a specific occasion, I sent an email asking how long it would take. I received a lovely warm and reassuring reply. Sure enough, I received the doormat 48hours after placing the order. Superb service, beautiful quality, and very very nice people to deal with. I will definitely be recommending them.

Very prompt service and delivery, which was great. The image has printed well. It is printed onto an absorbent material which is then glued to a thin layer of rubber. Am yet to test the absorbency and robustness of it as a door mat.
