You did well overall. I realised that I had ordered the wrong material as soon as I ordered, overnight. I called as soon as the lines were open in the morning and was told the item was already in production. This was disappointing that there was nothing I could do to correct the order once finalised. The correction which would have increased the value of the order. Delivery was prompt and the item is good quality.

I found the download of my design very difficult. However, I did think that the final result was good. The material is just fine and the delivery was prompt. I would like to have been able to order a larger shawl - evening wrap - like a pashmina size. Overall, I would use you again and would encourage others to do the same. But be very clear that the design you submit will be exactly what you receive.

I bought a personalised scarf. I got an email as soon as I had submitted the order to let me know my picture was not high enough resolution, which gave me a chance to rectify it. The end result (with a higher resolution image) was great. Really fast turnaround too. I called halfway through production to upgrade my delivery choice and ensure the package arrived on time, and the team was efficient and helpful.

I used the chat facility during the design process and was really happy with the help I received. The delivery was amazingly quick. I was happy with everything apart from the feel of the silk georgette, which doesn't feel as silky-smooth as I'd expected. The feedback was courteous but I was told that this was the first time they had received such a comment.
