I couldn't order via the website to start with, so I clicked on the 'ask an agent' icon. Bearing in mind it was after 5pm, I was surprised and pleased to get some help. After just 5 minutes, the adviser had sorted the problem out (their end not mine) and I was able to order my product.
I received an email a few days later telling me the print was not to their satisfaction so they were printing it again. Great comms and very pleasing that they checked the product before sending it.
Really pleased with the product (silk scarf) and my friend will love that her competition winning photo is on there .. a unique gift for sure. Thank you!

Produced quickly. However, the online interface gave no guidance on maximum image size or resolution. As a result the final print was pixelated in places. Ideally, I would need to re-submit a high resolution image to get a getter looking result.
