I found using your photo book equipment fairly easy. Although it took me a while to realise I could have multiple pictures on each page.

I ordered the Book of Love for my fiance and he absolutely loved it! He told me it's the best gift he's ever received. Order and delivery was prompt with no delays.
However, Bags of Love should allow more options for delivery as the delivery itself was quite expensive as it's recorded. Also, I sent the actual delivery to my fiance's home but set the billing address to mine. The invoice didn't come to me but went to his house instead. Obviously I was rather annoyed at this.

The soft photo book was great; I particularly liked the feature that allows you to upload several photos to a page, and then arranges them in a montage.
The only tricky bit was the caption feature, which didn't work very well. Each time I tried to caption a page, the font size would jump around, snapping smaller when I wanted it larger, so in the end I gave up on the captions.
However, what gets gold stars is the speed with which the product was made. My book was for a critically ill relative, so time was absolutely of the essence. I finished the upload at midnight on a Sunday; by lunchtime the next day the book was ready. A few days later, my relative, who is based abroad, received it which absolutely made her day.
For that, I cannot thank you enough.
